ExNook

ExNook Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026-10-20

1. Provider and scope

ExNook is provided by 3 Bridges LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, United States ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms cover exnook.com, the ExNook applications, and the features and information we provide through them (the "Service").

For feedback and support, contact c@exnook.com. For legal and privacy matters, contact l@3bridges.pro. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information.

ExNook has no product-specific minimum age. Mandatory rules concerning legal capacity and the protection of children remain applicable. Where applicable law requires affirmative agreement to these Terms, that agreement must be obtained; merely publishing a revision does not establish retroactive acceptance.

2. An informational currency tool

ExNook helps you convert amounts into multiple currencies, view direct and inverse exchange rates, maintain currency sets, use previously saved data offline, and explore exchange-rate history.

ExNook does not exchange, transfer, hold, or invest money, execute transactions, or provide banking or brokerage services. Displayed rates are not offers to buy or sell currency. The Service does not provide personalized financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

3. Data limitations and independent verification

Rates and historical information come from external sources and may be processed, calculated, or rounded. Information may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, outdated, unavailable, or missing for particular currencies and periods. Sources, coverage, and available history may change. Historical performance does not guarantee a future rate.

Errors may occur in source data, calculations, conversions, formatting, translations, and display. A quote's direction and reference denomination are distinct from the amount you enter. A refresh-check time may differ from the date of the underlying rate, and neither establishes an executable market price.

Before relying on a result for a purchase, exchange, transfer, report, or other decision, independently verify the currency codes, rate direction, denomination, amount, data date, and actual terms with the relevant transaction provider. Banks, card networks, exchange offices, and merchants may use different rates. Fees, spreads, taxes, limits, and transaction-specific rounding may not be included.

You make your own decisions about how to use the information. This does not remove obligations that applicable law imposes on us.

4. Offline data, location, and device storage

Offline features use saved information available on your device. New rates cannot be downloaded without a connection. Saved information may be outdated or incomplete and may become unavailable after deletion, a reset, a device change, or a failure.

Local-currency suggestions depend on location permission, device services, and country detection. Suggestions may be wrong or unavailable and do not establish the currency of a particular price. You can select a currency manually, including before a trip.

Currency sets, preferences, and cached data may be lost or corrupted. ExNook is not an archive for financial records. We do not provide a contractual guarantee of backup, cross-device synchronization, preservation, or restoration unless expressly agreed separately or required by law. Our statutory data-protection obligations remain unaffected.

5. Permitted use and intellectual property

Use the Service lawfully. Do not infringe others' rights, deliberately bypass access controls, distribute malicious code, or interfere with the Service's operation. These restrictions do not override rights that applicable law gives you independently of these Terms.

The ExNook name, logo, design, and original materials belong to their respective rights holders. Third-party data and software remain subject to applicable licenses. These Terms do not replace or restrict rights granted under open-source licenses, including Apache-2.0 where applicable. Access to data through the application does not itself grant rights to extract or republish it contrary to an applicable license.

6. Pricing and changes to the Service

The current offering is free and contains no advertising. This is not a promise to maintain that business model forever. Any future paid features or subscriptions will have separately disclosed pricing and purchase terms. These Terms do not authorize automatic charges or retroactive fees.

We may change features or data coverage, suspend operation for maintenance or security, or discontinue the Service, subject to applicable notice requirements, mandatory law, and existing contractual commitments. Changes to a free offering do not cancel obligations under an accepted paid offer.

You may stop using the Service. Uninstalling the application does not automatically delete information already transmitted to every external system; the Privacy Policy explains how to contact us about personal information.

7. No voluntary warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE, DATA, AND OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT VOLUNTARY WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, RELIABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

We do not guarantee absolute security, compatibility with every device, preservation or restoration of data, correction of every defect, continuous access to any source, or unchanged functionality. We do not undertake a service level, support response time, backup schedule, or restoration deadline unless expressly agreed separately or required by law.

These provisions do not override mandatory digital-product standards, consumer remedies, data-protection duties, or express commitments we have made. A general warranty disclaimer does not automatically cancel a specific representation about a feature.

8. Excluded losses and liability limit

Subject to section 9 and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3 Bridges LLC and its managers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for lost profits, revenue, savings, or opportunities; losses caused by exchange-rate movements, differences between quotes, transaction fees, or third-party conduct; lost, corrupted, inaccurate, or unavailable data and the costs of checking or restoring it; or indirect, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the Service.

These exclusions apply to the extent lawful regardless of the legal theory, including claims involving errors or failures attributable to us. They do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

If liability remains, the total aggregate liability of those persons, taken together, arising out of the Service or these Terms will not exceed the fees you actually paid us for ExNook during the three months immediately before the first event giving rise to the claim. If you paid no fees, that contractual limit is zero only where applicable law permits that result. Related events are treated as one event, and multiple claims do not increase the aggregate limit. Where that limit is not enforceable, mandatory law applies; a zero limit does not apply automatically.

9. Rights and liabilities that remain

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a right, remedy, warranty, duty, or liability that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude or limit. This includes mandatory consumer and data-protection rights and non-excludable liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death, or personal injury.

A general qualification such as "to the extent permitted by law" does not make an otherwise prohibited term enforceable. An unenforceable provision does not apply to the extent prohibited. These Terms do not bind regulators or release us from our statutory duties.

10. Third-party services

App stores, device services, external websites, and AI services may apply their own terms and privacy policies. An external link does not mean we guarantee the linked material. An external AI response is not a verified statement or commitment by ExNook.

This does not remove responsibility that applicable law imposes on us for our contractors or our processing of personal information.

11. Governing law, revisions, and contact

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wyoming law governs these Terms, without applying conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are subject to the state courts of Wyoming or, where federal jurisdiction exists, the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming. Mandatory protections of your country of residence and any right to bring proceedings in another competent court remain unaffected.

Revisions identify their effective date and apply prospectively. We provide notice and obtain renewed acceptance where required by law. Updating these Terms does not replace consent to data processing where consent is required.
